Truth Is Always on Trial—Especially for Leaders In leadership, truth is rarely challenged head-on. More often, it’s tested quietly—through pressure, compromise, fear, and the desire to be accepted. One of the most powerful leadership moments in Scripture occurs when  Jesus stands before Pilate . While it appears Jesus is the one on trial, the deeper reality is this: Truth itself—and the response of those in leadership—is what’s truly being tested.
